Click here for 2005 entries Friday, August 18, 2006 9:45 p.m. Wow!! Summer is FLYING by! Even a broken back hasn't slown it down much...sure did let the weeds grow in the garden though. E is talking more and more everyday and her personality is developing so fast. She's amazingly curious, smart, and happy...as well as stubborn, bossy and impatient. We find ourselves often stifling laughter as we try to tell her "NO, ELIZABETH! No throwing your food" because she's just so cute... Anyway, all is going fantastic. I went in to the doctor yesterday and he had me touch my toes, jump up and down and told me I was healed, to take the brace off and I was cleared to do almost anything. He said I should probably wait at least two or three more weeks before doing any skydiving or ground fighting. We're all looking forward to Grandma coming up in Sept. for a week! We're planning a big party have a big list of things we have to get done before then. It's going to be nice though after taking six off. I'm even looking forward to being able to mow the lawn again...of course, it's supposed to rain all weekend. At least I'll be able to get some drywalling done.
